Refund policy
This policy is separate from our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans include a 7-day satisfaction window from first successful payment on that plan, unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate charges or service outages attributable to Snapwear.
Credits
Credits are consumed when generation succeeds. Failed generations do not deduct credits. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods as described on the pricing page.
